Welcome to The One-Person Marketing Playbook (“the Product”), created and owned byThink XOO (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using this Product (including upsells and bonuses), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Who This Is For

This Product is designed for marketers, consultants, and small business teams who want to improve productivity, automation, and visibility. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

 

2. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£). Taxes may apply depending on your location.

• Payments are processed securely via debit/credit card, PayPal, Google/Apple Pay.

• By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount.

• We reserve the right to change pricing in the future.

 

3. Refund Policy

We stand by our “Seen & Supported or It’s Free” Promise.
If you complete the Playbook and don’t feel more confident, in control, and visible within 14 days, email ksenia@thinkxoo.com with the subject line “Playbook Refund” and we’ll issue a full refund within 48 hours.

Refund requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, templates, frameworks, videos, checklists, and resources within the Product are the intellectual property of Think XOO.

• You are granted a single-user licence for personal and professional use.

• You may not share, resell, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without prior written consent.

 

5. Upsells & Bonuses

If you purchase additional resources (such as the 10+ Plug-and-Play Templates or Mini Training: How to Work Like a Head of Marketing), the same terms and restrictions apply. Bonus items may be time-limited or available only during promotions.

 

6. No Guarantees

While we provide systems, strategies, and resources designed to improve efficiency and visibility, results vary depending on individual implementation. We make no guarantees of income, promotions, or business growth.

 

7. Technology & Access

The Product is delivered digitally through Think XOO's website hosted on Wix. You are responsible for having the necessary technology (internet, device, software) to access it. We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Product.

• You are solely responsible for applying the materials and making decisions based on them.

 

9. Privacy

Your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your information to third parties.
